Admission free only for the following occasions:
Submitted proposals and received approval beforehand as a school activity.
People who hold a handicapped notebook (Shintaishogaisha Techou,
Ryoiku Techou, Seishishogaisha-Hoken-Fukushi Techou). It applies
to his/her associates, if each of the prescribed notebooks has
mentioned an "Item 1"(Dai Isshu) or a "Degree 1"(Dai Ikkyu).
